Player Spots for 60-70 Percent of Guests
For parties up to about 250 guests, we suggest player spots at gaming tables to accommodate 60 to 70 percent of your anticipated turn out depending on the space available and what else is going on. Tables will be busy, there will be plenty of energy and excitement. Everyone who wants to will get a chance to play. See Party Package Suggestions to help get you started.

Only ACE Play Money Accepted at the Tables
No. We give you ACE play money for your guests, usually $500 each. Guests can exchange this at any table for playing chips. You have the option of providing prizes for the top winners when chips are “cashed in” at the end of the gaming. Another popular option is to distribute raffle tickets based on winnings and hold a drawing for prizes. For more information see How Casino Parties Work.
Prizes Add to the Fun
The gaming is more fun if you have prizes. You have the option of providing prizes for the top winners when chips are “cashed in” at the end of the gaming. Another popular option is to distribute raffle tickets based on winnings and hold a drawing for prizes .For more information see How Casino Parties Work.
50 Percent Deposit to Hold the Date
A 50 percent deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve your date. The balance is due 10 days before the event. Cancellation and refund policies are detailed in the contract. Note that Fridays and Saturday in December book up as early March. Booking your event on a Sunday through Thursday will save money.
Sorry, No Room in the Truck
ACE does not provide chairs for poker, pai gow or baccarat tables, nor stools for the other tables typically played standing. If you book poker, pai gow or baccarat, we’ll remind you about the required number of chair you’ll need.
Bellingham to Olympia – Ask About Other Areas
We plan and produce casino parties in Western Washington from Bellingham to Olympia, typically east of Puget Sound. Occasionally, we travel to the Olympic Peninsula and have crossed the Cascades a couple of times. If you have questions about whether we service your area, as us on the Contact ACE form or call 206-801-1946. See “Where We Go.”
